Touchdown eSIM sells prepaid data-only eSIM plans for use while travelling. Plans are supplied by partner network operators and delivered digitally.
2. Device compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase.
3. Validity and usage
Each plan has a data allowance and validity period shown at purchase. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period. Speeds depend on local network conditions.
4. Fair use
Plans are for personal use. Reselling, abuse of the network, or illegal activity may result in suspension without refund.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees charged by us.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for network outages outside our control.
